Mary Katrantzou - Fall 2011 Collection

There have been some designers at NY Fashion Week and London Fashion Week who have shown a great selection of patterns and prints in their collections which I would like to showcase on this blog so I hope to be able to get around to mentioning the ones I want to over the next few days. One of these designers is Mary Katrantzou and her Fall 2011 Collection as seen on the style.com website. Her collection was filled with luxurious hyper vivid prints inspired by objects of beauty such as Fabergé eggs, Meissen porcelain and Ming vases. For me this collection is brimming with  a kaleidoscope of beautiful prints and patterns.
